Please note that free taster sessions are available to children who have not previously attended our workshops. You can book on for the term after attending your FREE session.

Terms and Conditions

We require 48 hours notice for cancelling a workshop. Workshops cancelled within this time will be fully refundable. This is to allow an opportunity for your child’s space to be made available. In the unlikely event that Sunflower Drama Academy has to cancel your workshop, you will be fully refunded.

If you grant us permission to photograph and/or video your child, please be aware that these images may be used on our website/ flyers and social media pages. Payment for the term is required in advance to secure your child's space. All children are expected to adhere to our behaviour policy, which includes being respectful to the other children in the group. If a child does not adhere to our behaviour policy we will speak to the parent/guardian in first instance, if this continues we reserve the right to suspend the child from the club without a refund. We take the safety of all children in our care seriously. We have measures in place to ensure that children are safe and supervised at all times, including a sign-in and sign-out procedure. While we take all measures to ensure the safety and well-being of children in our care, we cannot be held liable for any accidents or injuries that could occur during club hours out of our control. There will always be an adult with a Paediatric First Aid Certificate present. We strive to maintain open and clear communication with parents/guardians.
